How it works

The Eruditio League is a Free Play league — you sign up as an individual, not as a team. When registration closes, the bot shuffles everyone who signed up and randomly assigns you to a team for the season ahead. No recruiting, no drama — just show up, get matched, and play.

Signing up

  • Register your MLBB profile once with /player register — this links your Discord account to your in-game name.
  • Use /league register on the league you want to join. The bot detects it’s a Free Play league and adds you to the signup pool.
  • Changed your mind? Use /league leave-free-play any time before registration closes to withdraw from the pool.

How teams get built

  • When registration closes, the pool is shuffled and split into teams of 5 players (with up to 6 on some teams if there are extras).
  • The minimum pool size is 10 players — the league needs at least 2 teams to run. If fewer people sign up, the season is skipped and admins are alerted.
  • Teams are auto-named using the season + a randomized squad name (e.g. Eruditio Spring 2026 Vanguard, Eruditio Spring 2026 Sentinels).
  • The first player randomly assigned to each team becomes the captain. Captains handle match result submissions on behalf of their team but are otherwise equal teammates.

What happens after teams are created

  • Your roster is locked for the whole season — no swaps, kicks, or adds once play begins. This keeps the competition fair.
  • The bot automatically generates a full round-robin schedule: every team plays every other team at least once across Thursday–Sunday match windows (7–11 PM PST).
  • You’ll get automatic match reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before each game, and a voice channel is spun up 15 minutes before kickoff.
  • Results are submitted by the winning captain with /match submit and confirmed by the opposing captain with /match confirm. Standings update instantly.
  • If your team drops below 5 active players mid-season (e.g. someone leaves the Discord server), you get a 72-hour grace period to fill the roster before the team is auto-suspended.

Important FYI

  • Commit before you sign up. Once registration closes and you’re placed on a team, you can’t swap teams or drop mid-season without forfeiting your team’s remaining matches.
  • One league = one team. You can’t be in the Free Play pool for Eruditio while also being on a different Eruditio team.
  • Show up. No-shows past 48 hours are automatically recorded as 0–0 forfeits, which hurts everyone on your team.
  • Play the format. Each season may use a different match format (BO3, BO5, Brawl, etc.) — check the League Rules section for the current season.

How to Register

  1. Join the NA Discord Server
  2. Use /player register to link your MLBB profile
  3. Type /league register league_id:820 in any bot channel to enter the pool
Free Play: This is a solo signup league. No team needed — just sign up as an individual and the bot will randomly assign you to a team when registration closes. Want out before then? Use /league leave-free-play league_id:820.
